Michael Brockers was born December 21, 1990 and is a defensive tackle. He played college football at LSU.
Brockers attended Louisiana State University from 2009 to 2011. As a sophomore in 2011, he was a second team All-SEC selection by the Associated Press.
On January 12, 2012, Brockers announced that he would forgo his final two years of eligibility and enter 2012 NFL Draft.
Brockers was drafted 14th overall in the NFL draft by the St. Louis Rams. On June 7, 2012, Brockers signed a 4-year contract with the Rams worth $9.5 million
