R&B Star Brandy Norwood Speaks at Chicago Ultimate Women's Expo

This weekend, the Chicago Ultimate Women's Expo featured a star-studded speaker lineup.  Entertainment icon Brandy Norwood was one of the speakers that appeared at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. 

Brandy was an opening keynote speaker on September 10th.  She spoke on the general conference theme of "Living Your Best Life".  

In addition to to the presentations, there were a variety of opportunities to take advantage of.  Those included things like cooking demonstrations, makeovers and workshops.  

Norwood has been known simply throughout her career as Brandy.  She has sold over 40 million albums worldwide and has 10.5 million certified albums sold in the U.S.  

The Brandy career was launched early on as a child performer.  Her debut album sold six million copies in 1994 and a star was officially born. 

Brandy won one Grammy Award, an American Music Award and seven Billboard Music Awards.  She has also been an accomplished actress and starred in the late-1990's series, "Moesha".
