Megan Willis was drafted into the National Pro Fastpitch by the Chicago Bandits in 2007. Was traded to Rockford Thunder in 2009 where she teamed with former Longhorn Cat Osterman to win the league title. in 2010 both Willis and Osterman were traded to the USSSA Florida Pride where they won their second League Championship. And in 2011 in a best of three Championship series vs the Chicago Bandits the Pride took second place. Willis continues her 2012 season with the USSSA Florida Pride in hopes of another Championship
In college she posted school records for fielding percentage (.994) and putouts (2028) and gunned down 59 would-be base stealers in her career, and picked off 28 would-be base runners. She was a USA National Team Selection Camp Invitee (June 2007), a USA Softball World University Games Training Camp Invitee (June 2006), the 2006 and 2007 Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year, and earned Second Team All-Big 12 accolades in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
