Top R&B Singer Monica Joins Chicago Ultimate Women's Expo as a Keynote Speaker

The Chicago Ultimate Women's Expo has lined up an impressive list of speakers for this weekend.  One of those who will present is noted R&B star Monica. 

The conference is being held at the Donald E. Stephens Center.  The overall theme which each speaker will tie into their discussion points is "Living Your Best Life". 

Monica will speak to the crowd on September 11th.  In addition to the keynotes, there are beautify sessions, workshops, cooking clinics and discount shopping available. 

Monica's stardom is worldwide, with over 30 million albums sold.  She holds the unique distinction of being the first artist to have a chart-topping song on the U.S. Billboard Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs list in the 1990's, 2000's and 2010's.  

In 1995, Monica's debut album, "Miss Thang", went multiplatinum and established her as a true entertainment star.  Off that album, she became the youngest artist to have consecutive songs top the Billboard Top R&B Singles list. 

Monica is a four-time Grammy Award nominee and one-time winner.  In 2010, Billboard listed her among their top 50 R&B and Hip Hop Artists over the past 25 years.
