Singer-Songwriter Carly Simon Holds Boston Book Signing

One of the most popular recording artists of the 1970s has also become a bestselling author. This past Saturday, Carly Simon held a book signing and discussion in Boston, Massachusetts.
The event was sponsored by Harvard Book Store and Club Passim. It was held at Brattle Theatre and served as the official kick-off event for the paperback release of "Boys in the Trees."
Simon addressed a variety of topics, including talking about remixing some of her top hits. She answered several audience questions as well.
During her tremendous run, Simon produced 13 top 40 hits on the U.S. charts. Her 1971 self-titled debut album delivered her a Grammy Award for Best New Artist.
Simon's third album, "No Secrets," spent five weeks at the top fo the Billboard 200. It produced the single "You're So Vain" which received three Grammy nominations.
Overall, Simon has won two Grammys, an Academy Award and a Golden Globe. She is a member fo the Songwriters Hall of Fame and Grammy Hall of Fame.
