Nutrition Expert Dariush Mozaffarian Keynotes American Society for Preventive Cardiology Next Month

One of the top experts on nutrition will speak at the American Society of Preventive Cardiology Congress on Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease. Dariush Mozaffarian keynotes the event on September 17th.
The congress will be held at the Boca Raton Resort and Club in Boca Raton, Florida from September 16-18. Mozaffarian will talk about reducing dietary fat.
The ASPC event brings together top professionals from the ASCVD prevention world. Registration is still available for ASPC members at $295 and non-members at $395.
Mozaffarian is a point man when it comes to conversation about congenital heart disease and lifestyle science. He serves as dean of the Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy.
In addition, Mozaffarian is the Jean Mayer Chair and Professor of Nutrition at Tufts. He has written over 300 academic papers on the effects of various dietary conditions as it relates to cardiovascular health.
Prior to appointment at Tufts in 2014, Mozaffarian worked at Harvard Medical School for ten years. She advises organizations like the American Heart Association, World Health Organization and the United Nations.
