Iraq War veteran Noah Galloway has an amazing story to tell.  He will share anecdotes from his unique journey through life at the Angels of the Battlefield event on September 13th.

Angels of the Battlefield is in its seventh year honoring those who give lifesaving medical and trauma care in the midst of battle.  This special evening will be held at Valor Hall Event Center in Oak Grove, Kentucky.

It is hosted by the Armed Services YMCA of Fort Campbell and begins at 6 p.m. Tickets to attend are $40.

Galloway was a former soldier in the 101st Airborne Division.  During a 2005 IED attack in Iraq, he lost his left arm above the elbow and left leg above the knee.

Since that tragic injury, Galloway has served as an inspiration for many.  He has gained mainstream notoriety as a winning contestant on season one of "American Grit" and a third-place finisher on season 20 of "Dancing with the Stars".

In 2014, Men's Health Magazine named Galloway the "Ultimate Men's Health Guy".  Just last month, he released his first book, "Living with No Excuses: The Remarkable Rebirth of an American Soldier".
