Famed Recording Artist Sting Headlines the 2016 NBA All-Star Halftime Show

NBA All-Star Weekend brings out some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment. With the game being held in an international city like Toronto, this year is no different.
The All-Star Game halftime show has the fortune of getting one of the most successful singer-songwriters of all-time to perform. Sting will grace the stage at the Air Canada Centre on February 14th.
Sting also played the Super Bowl halftime show back in 2003. NE-YO will perform the U.S. National Anthem while Nelly Furtado will give her rendition of the Canadian Anthem prior to the game.
Sting has 16 Grammy Awards and 38 nominations to his credit. He had a wildly successful as the lead singer of The Police before launching to similar success as a solo artist.
With the two phases of his career combined, Sting has sold over 100 million records. He is a member of the Songwriters Hall of Fame and, with The Police, a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Sting also has three Academy Award nominations and has won a Golden Globe and an Emmy. In 2000, he received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
