He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Jones Moderate Division from July 2001 to March 2002. Mr. Boneparth was employed at McNaughton Apparel Group Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer from June 1999 to July 12, 2007, President from April 1997 to January 2002, and Chief Operating Officer from April 1997. Prior to that, he served as an Executive Vice President and Senior Managing Director of Investment Banking at Rodman & Renshaw, Inc. from March 28, 1995 to April 1997 and Managing Director of Investment Banking at Mabon Securities Corp. from May 1989 to March 1995. He was a Senior Advisor at Irving Place Capital since February 2009 and focused on retail and apparel sectors. He is also the Chairman of J Brand. He has been a Director of Kohl's Corp. since May 1, 2008, Rodman & Renshaw Capital Group Inc. since April 25, 1995 and JetBlue Airways Corporation since December 11, 2008. Mr. Boneparth also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Marissa Christina, Inc. He previously served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Mcnaughton Apparel Group Inc. joining in March 1997 and Jones Apparel Group Inc. from 2001 to July 12, 2007. Mr. Boneparth also served as the Chairman of McNaughton Apparel Group Inc. from January 2001. He received a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia and a B.S., phi beta kappa, from the University of North Carolina.
