“Lisa Gable has the rare talent to see what will happen -- long before issues come to light -- and recommend course corrections at a highest level.” Since her early 20's, Gable has had the ear of corporate executives, military leaders, elected officials and foreign leaders who value her strategic and practical approach to solving communications problems. Gable's ability to identify and communicate a core message has made her advice widely sought. In an engaging and interactive manner, Gable shares her problem solving tools.

At age 41, Gable held personal rank of U.S. Ambassador. At 30, she served as an advisor to the Secretary of Defense holding the protocol status of a 3 star general. A seasoned technology executive and public official, Gable has shares personal experiences from working with the most influential “brand builders” in the world—the Reagan White House, Intel and her recent work with the honorary chair of Toyota.

While Gable started her career at the Defense Department and the White House, in 1989 she was recruited and personally mentored by Intel's current Chairman. Gable learned how to apply process and system management to identifying and solving complex problems such as protecting Intel's brands and establishing public private partnerships which enhanced the brand. Recognizing that Silicon Valley companies would soon be faced with similar challenges and opportunities as they moved into retail branding, Gable started a brand management firm advising executives at companies such as Oracle and Cadence that had reached the crucial billion dollar mark and required marketing systems to reach the next level. She also brought nimble and measurable processes to a diverse set of companies such as Apple, Quantum, Roche and Radisson Hotels. Her ability to transcend business sectors has made her successful on the West Coast, East Coast and Japan.

When the President of the United States named Gable as U.S. Ambassador to the 2005 World's Fair in Japan, she was the first woman to hold this position in the Fair's 150 year history. Gable quickly moved to reposition U.S. participation by focusing on business development, investment and job creation. Developing personal relations with top Japanese CEO's and political leaders, she helped drive direct relationships between key economic centers in the U.S. and Nagoya, home of Toyota Motor Corporation.

Throughout her career in business and government, Gable has been a public speaker and served as a spokesperson on television, radio and print including NBC Nightly News, FOX News, NHK television, major US media affiliates, the New York Times, Time magazine, San Francisco Chronicle, Travel & Leisure, major Japanese papers and the San Jose Mercury News.

A passionate proponent of improving America's competitiveness, Gable has devoted much of her career advocating a stronger education system supporting America's brightest young leaders. She serves on the board of trustees of Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management; as a Senior Fellow at the Council on Competitiveness; served as the chairman of the board of Pacific Research Institute, a respected California based think tank; served as commissioner on the President's Commission on White House Fellowships; designed and launched one of Arizona's top ranked elementary schools, Kyrene La Mirada, a partnership between Intel and the school district; served on numerous boards in California and her native Virginia.

She holds degrees from Georgetown University, the University of Virginia and studied in Taiwan.
