Fierce linebacker for the Arizona Cardinals, Karlos Dansby was born November 3, 1981 in Birmingham, Alabama. He was drafted in the second round as the thirty-third overall pick of the 2004 NFL Draft out of Auburn University.
On February 14, 2008, he was designated as the Cardinals' franchise player. Cardinals signed franchised Dansby to a one-year, $8.065 million contract. He led the Cardinals to the 2009 Super Bowl in Tampa.
