Justin Carl Blackmon is an American football wide receiver for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Oklahoma State, where he was twice recognized as a consensus All-American. He was drafted by the Jaguars fifth overall in the 2012 NFL Draft. After playing a full rookie season with the Jaguars, he was suspended twice during 2013 for violations of the NFL's substance abuse policy. He is currently under indefinite suspension for his latest violations, and the Jaguars have said publicly that they are currently awaiting more information on if/when Blackmon will apply for reinstatement. It is unlikely he will be playing for the Jaguars in 2015.
