Drew Levin & Danny Perkins are the hosts of HGTV & DIY’s hit show “Renovate to Rent”, which is currently filming its 2nd season. When it comes to purchasing and renovating successful rental properties, Realtor Drew Levin and General Contractor Danny Perkins are profitable and unstoppable.
Drew and Danny met while attending The University of Florida, where theynrecognized each other’s entrepreneurial talents, quickly becoming best friends and business partners. After college, the motivated duo moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota where they saw an investment opportunity for rental properties. With Drew as the moneyman and Danny as the get it done guy, over the last several years, the two have renovated, rented & currently own more than 70 properties.
Almost all of the homes have required extensive work to bring them back to life. Danny’s construction expertise dates back to 1998 when he worked his way through high school as an apprentice for a local carpenter. Drew’s passion for property investment is following in his grandfather, and great-grandfather’s real estate footsteps.
Drew and Danny were recently awarded Minnesota’s Young Entrepreneurs of the Year from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
