He joined 3G Capital in January 2005 as an Analyst and worked with the public and private equity investments until November 2010. Mr. Schwartz served as the Chief Executive Officer of Burger King Worldwide, Inc from June 2013 to December 2014. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Restaurant Brands International Inc. from June 07, 2013 to December 2014 and its Chief Financial Officer from January 1, 2011 to April 07, 2013. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at Restaurant Brands International Inc from April 08, 2013 to June 06, 2013 and its Deputy Chief Financial Officer from October 25, 2010 to January 1, 2011. He served as an Executive Vice President of Restaurant Brands International Inc since April 11, 2013 and from January 1, 2011 to April 07, 2013. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Burger King Holdings, Inc. and Burger King Corporation. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Burger King Holdings, Inc., since April 11, 2013 and October 2010 respectively. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Burger King Worldwide, Inc. from April 8, 2013 to June 6, 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Burger King Worldwide, Inc. from January 1, 2011 to April 7, 2013, Deputy Chief Financial Officer from October 25, 2010 to January 1, 2011 and served as its Executive Vice President from January 1, 2011 to April 7, 2013. He joined Burger King in October 2010. From March 2003 to January 2005, he worked for Altair Capital Management and served as an Analyst in the mergers and acquisitions group at Credit Suisse First Boston from June 2001 to March 2003. He serves as Director of Burger King Worldwide, Inc. and 3G Capital. He has been a Director of Restaurant Brands International Inc., the General Partner of Restaurant Brands International Limited Partnership since December 12, 2014 and Tim Hortons Inc. since December 12, 2014. He served as a Director of Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc. from May 30, 2012 to January 28, 2015. He holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
