Brandon Jacobs is a former American football running back, who spent the majority of his career with the New York Giants of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Giants in the fourth round of the 2005 NFL Draft. He also played one season for the San Francisco 49ers before returning to New York for his final season. He played college football at Coffeyville, Auburn, and Southern Illinois.
He led all rookies in rushing touchdowns with 7 in the 2005 season. In February of 2008, he became a Super Bowl Champion after the Giants beat the undefeated Patriots 17-14.
