Adrian Hayes is a Dubai (UAE) based professional, ICF accredited, corporate coach, keynote speaker and adventurer who recently became the fastest person in history, and only the 15th person ever, to reach the "'3 Poles" of the Earth - walking the entire way to the North Pole, South Pole, and summiting Mt Everest.
A former Gurkha Officer and special forces soldier in the British Army, educated at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Adrian has a CV that is full of wide ranging experiences, action and, above all, achievement - from the corporate World, the military, the coaching profession and his adventure/sporting endeavors.
In business, the MBA qualified executive has been in senior positions in a variety of industries, most recently as the Regional Sales Director for Airbus, Middle East - in which he was responsible for selling or placing nearly 200 aircraft in the Middle East/West Asia region, including the then highest ever order in aviation history to Emirates Airline.
In the coaching profession, he has studied the area of personal development for 14 years since completing an MBA thesis on Appraisal systems, and it was these studies that led him into corporate coaching in 2004, in which he primarily specializes in team coaching - the Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) program - and executive coaching.
In the adventure World, he has climbed since his teens and participated in numerous military and non-military climbing or other adventures/expeditions all over the World, as well as reaching a high level of achievement in many sports.
He therefore occupies a unique position in the World of being a record-breaking adventurer who also has a solid and senior business background as well as being a professional corporate coach. He is thus able to offer a range of tailor made seminars and programs from 20 minute after-dinner speeches to 6 month team coaching programs.

seminars that, combined with some of the best videos ever produced from the World's three extremes, are not only highly inspirational and entertaining, but also offer real, corporate applicable lessons for his audiences drawn from all areas of his professional life and studies.
