Political thriller fans in Orlando have a special treat this Friday. History Channel host and author Brad Meltzer will be in town to sign copies of his book, "The House of Secrets".
The event will be open to the public from 6:30-8 p.m. at the Winter Park Public Library. There is also a special VIP meet and greet that benefits the library running from 5-6:30.
For $50, two guests can attend the VIP session and receive a signed copy of the book. In The House of Secrets, a girl named Hazel Nash seeks to put the pieces together from her past and present.
Meltzer has landed at number one on The New York Times bestseller list for his novels "The Inner Circle" and "The Book of Fate". He has also written seven other bestsellers.
Meltzer's stories have drawn a wide audience, including former U.S. Presidents George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton. They have both helped him with research for his books.
