PINKO Names Actress Kate Bosworth Brand Ambassador

There could not be many better actresses in Hollywood to partner with than Kate Bosworth.  In an effort to enter the U.S. market, that is exactly what Italian fashion brand PINKO is doing. 

PINKO has agreed to a deal with Bosworth to become their brand ambassador for the FW 2016/17 collection.  In a statement, company founder Pietro Negra remarked how well she "embodies the DNA of the brand"

The PINKO-Bosworth pairing comes at a perfect time.  They are planning on opening two flagship stores in New York later this year. 

Bosworth's acting career got off to a good start with smaller roles in successful films like "The Horse Whisperer" and "Remember the Titans".  In 2002, she landed a lead role in the surfing film "Blue Crush" and then the following year starred opposite Val Kilmer in "Wonderland".

That successful foray into Hollywood garnered Bosworth a great deal of attention.  For two years running, she made the Maxim Hot 100 List. 

With her popularity booming, Bosworth got the opportunity to play the role of iconic character Lois Lane in the blockbuster "Superman Returns".  Since, she has continued to be a mainstay on the big screen and is set to star in the September release of the horror fantasy film, "Before I Wake".
