KISS Frontman Gene Simmons Makes Appearance Next Month at Wizard World Richmond

Over the decades, the popularity of KISS has only increased.  Frontman Gene Simmons has ridden the wave of hysteria and will make an appearance in front of another group of rabid fans next month at Wizard World Richmond. 

Simmons is scheduled to be at the convention on September 10th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.  He will sign autographs, take photos and participate in a special question and answer session. 

The Wizard World Richmond show runs September 9-11 at the Richmond Convention Center.  Simmons joins an appearance roster littered with prominent names from across pop culture. 

42 years ago, Simmons co-founded KISS and he has since the band grow to global phenom status.  They have sold over 100 million albums and their iconic live shows remain must-see activities to this day. 

In 2014, KISS was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.  It was a culminating achievement for Simmons who has experienced a great deal of success in and away from the band. 

Recently, Simmons has been a popular reality television personality, starring in nine seasons of A&E's "Gene Simmons Family Jewels" and two seasons of VH1's "Gene Simmons Rock School".  He has maintained status as a successful entrepreneur and is a partner in the successful chain of Rock & Brews restaurants.
