Grammy Winner Chrisette Michele Holds Baltimore Meet and Greet

Last Friday, Baltimore R&B fans got a chance to mingle with one of the genre's best modern artists.  Grammy winner Chrisette Michele was at The Sound Garden for a meet and greet.  

The Sound Garden is a well known new and used music store.  At the event, Michele talked with fans and signed copies of her new album, "Milestone".  

The meet and greet began at 6 p.m.  Fans who bought her album for $9.99 at the store got to get it signed by Michele.  

Michele released her debut album, "I Am", in 2007.  One of the singles, "Be OK", won the Grammy Award in 2009 for Best Urban/Alternative Performance.  

Another single from I Am, "If I Have My Way", was nominated for a Grammy for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance.  Michele's second album, "Epiphany", debuted in 2009 at number one on the Billboard 200 chart.  

She has also released two other albums leading up to Milestone.  Michele currently resides in New York, New York.
