Food Television Star Nigella Lawson Hosts Book Signing in Auckland, New Zealand

Nigella Lawson's platform as a celebrity chef has made her world renown.  On Monday, Lawson drew a crowd of hundreds to her book signing in Auckland, New Zealand. 

People began lining up for her appearance at Newmarket Paper Plus at 10:30, prior to her noon arrival.  She signed copies of her book, "Simply Nigella: Feel Good Food".

While in town, Lawson also hosted a special cooking experience at the Langham Hotel.  The four-course dinner came with a question and answer session as well. 

With over a million Twitter followers, Lawson is one of the more popular culinary figures in the world.  She has hosted and been a judge on cooking shows in the U.S., UK, and Australia.  

Most recently, she was seen as a judge during the three-season run of the ABC cooking competition show, The Taste.  Lawson has won a World Food Media Award for her shows Nigella Bites and Nigella's Christmas Kitchen.  

Lawson has written 11 books and won several awards for her literary work.  Her cookware line, Living Kitchen, is valued at over $7 million.
