Dogfish Head Founder Sam Calagione Holds Austin Book Signing May 14th

During Dogfish Head's Off-Centered Film Fest, company founder Sam Calagione will be hosting a very special event.  When the film fest hits Austin, Texas, Caligione will be present at a social hour and book signing.  

The event will be held on May 14th at Easy Tiger beginning at 3:30 p.m.  There will be a discussion and signing related to Calagione's book, "Off-Centered Leadership".  

There will also be a question and answer session involved.  Like any good beer brewer, attendees will get the opportunity to sample some Dogfish beers. 

Calagione opened Dogfish Head in 1995 and it now produces $175,000 barrels of beer each year.  The beers rapid ascension has been quite impressive. 

They currently sell beers in 31 U.S. states and three different countries.  Calagione is the maverick force behind the brand, often coming up with some of the more radical ideas for the business.  

In 2011, Calagione was on Fast Company's list of the Most Creative People in Business.  He has also been named Businessman of the Year by The Small Business Association.
