SANS Institute is the global leader in information security training. They have tapped someone who is credited with one of more incredible intelligence findings as keynote speaker at their Cyber Threat Intelligence Summit & Training. 

Cybersleuth author Clifford Stoll will speak at the event that runs January 25th-February 1st in Arlington, Virginia. His presentation is titled, "(Still) Stalking the Wily Hacker: Three Decades of Computer Security in Perspective." 

Stoll will talk about the progress made in the industry and what lies ahead in the future. Other top names in cybersecurity will also be in attendance. 

Stoll is the bestselling author of "The Cuckoo's Egg: Tracking a Spy Through the Maze of Computer Espionage." In it, he details his journey tracking a ring of spies who stole military secrets and sold them to the KGB. 

Stoll is regarded as an expert in the field and a pioneer of digital forensics. He has given talks to the CIA, National Security Agency and the U.S. Senate. 

Since publishing The Cuckoo's Egg in 1989, Stoll has written two other books about computer security. He owns a company that sells blown glass Klein bottles as well.
