Celebrity Fit Club Star Harvey Walden Hosts the Miss North Hollywood Pageant

Harvey Walden is accustomed to hosting through his work with Celebrity Fit Club.  However, this weekend, Walden will be presiding over an entirely different competition.

He is the host of Sunday's Miss North Hollywood/Miss North Hollywood Teen Regional Pageant.  Over 50 contestants will compete for the crown and $50,000 prize package at The Garland Hotel beginning at 4 p.m.

The winners of the pageants will advance to Miss CA/Miss CA Teen USA.  Regular admission costs $40 while a VIP pass that includes a program book is $60.  

Walden was a trainer on the U.S. and UK versions of Celebrity Fit Club.  In the show's final season in America, he served as co-host of the program.

Prior to his run on television, Walden entered the U.S. Marines at age 17 and had a 20-year military career.  He retired from active duty in 2007 with the rank of First Sergeant.  

Currently, Walden co-hosts a podcast called "The SGT & The Shrink".  He also maintains his rigorous physical training regimen to this day.
