Celebrity Chef Bobby Flay Co-Hosts Autism Speaks Benefit in Cleveland

Iron Chef Michael Symon has brought on one of the biggest names in the celebrity chef world to help him co-host his biennial autism charity event in Cleveland. Bobby Flay will be in attendance at the 2016 Autism Speaks benefit August 6th at the Cleveland Convention Center.
Flay will participate in a special interactive dinner demonstration with Symon. The powerhouse duo will be joined by over 20 local Cleveland chefs that will prepare their best culinary tastings.
In 2014, over 700 people attended Symon's event and around $250,000 was raised for Autism Speaks. Regular tickets for attendance cost $250, while VIP packages cost anywhere from $1000-$25,000.
Flay is internationally known and has hosted 13 different programs for the Food Network and Cooking Channel. Eight are currently still on the air, including Beat Bobby Flay and Bobby's Dinner Battle.
For his television work, Flay has won three Daytime Emmys. He continues to act as owner and executive chef at several restaurants throughout the U.S.
Flay was in the first graduating class with a degree in culinary arts from the French Culinary Institute in 1984. He is a member of the Culinary Hall of Fame and has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
