BBQ Champion Myron Mixon Holds Greenville Book Signing

One of the top barbecue chefs in the country held a book signing yesterday in Greenville, South Carolina. Myron Mixon was in town at M. Judson Booksellers & Storytellers.
From 4-5 p.m., Mixon signed copies of his third cookbook, "Myron Mixon's BBQ Rules: The Old-School Guide to Smoking Meat". Prior to the signing, he also held a special brunch in Greenville.
He was at Euphoria from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for "Sunday Brunch: Fired Up!". Tickets for that event were $55.
Mixon is a four-time world barbecue champion. He stands as the winningest man in the BBQ world, with 11 national championships and 200 grand championships.
Mixon competes for Jack's Old South Competition Bar-B-Que Team. He entered his first contest in 1996 and has won more times than anyone in the world since.
Many know Mixon through his successful television ventures like "BBQ Rules", "BBQ Pitmasters" and "BBQ Pitwars". In 2013, he was inducted into the Barbecue Hall of Fame.
