Actor James Frain Makes Appearance at Wizard World Minneapolis in May

Wizard World Minneapolis 2016 will feature some big stars this May.  Actor James Frain will make a series of appearances at the event May 7-8 at the Minneapolis Convention Center. 

Wizard World conventions bring out personalities from the sci-fi, pop culture, and gaming worlds.  This particular show begins on Friday May 6th. 

Friday hours are 3-8 p.m., Saturday runs from 10 a.m.-7 p.m., while things wrap up Sunday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.  A basic three-day pass costs $75 while one-day admission varies from $35-$45. 

Frain has had several recent iconic roles in television.  He is best known for playing Thomas Cromwell in Showtime's series "The Tudors".

Frain also had season-long roles on the HBO series' "True Blood" and "True Detective".  Currently, he is playing the role of Theo Galavan on Fox's "Gotham".  

After learning at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London, Frain began his acting career across the pond.  He appeared in several films early in his career and was nominated at the 1995 Venice Film Festival for Best Actor.
