Actor Bryan Cranston Makes Midwest Appearance Swing to Promote Book

Actor Bryan Cranston has been crisscrossing the country promoting the book that tells his life story.  Yesterday, he was in Albuquerque where he famously shot the hit television show, "Breaking Bad".  

Cranston is getting set for a tour of the Midwest this weekend for "A Life In Parts".  On Friday, he will kick things off with an 8 p.m. book signing at Rainy Day Books in Kansas City, Missouri.  

Saturday will send Cranston to another Rainy Day Books location in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  He will wrap the weekend with a Sunday afternoon appearance in Chicago, Illinois at Chicago Ideas Week.

Cranston is one of the most well-respected actors going today.  His role as Walter White in Breaking Bad netted him four Primetime Emmy wins. 

Cranston also garnered five Golden Globe nominations and scored one win for Breaking Bad.  On the heels of the show's success, he was nominated for in the Best Actor category this year at the Academy Awards for his role in the film, "Trumbo".  

One of Cranston's bigger roles earlier in his career was the recurring character Dr. Tim Whatley in "Seinfeld".  He was nominated for three Emmys for his work on the series "Malcolm in the Middle" as well.
