His credentials include 30 years of business success as well as an extensive academic background. He has earned a B.A., an M.B.A., and a Ph.D., all in Marketing, from the University of Notre Dame, University of Connecticut, and Georgia State University. As a professional speaker, Alessandra holds the "Council of Peers Award for Excellence" and the "Certified Speaking Professional" from the National Speakers Association.
As of 1985, he is a member of the Speakers Hall of Fame and is also a member of the Speakers Roundtable which consists of a group of 20 of the world's top professional speakers. During his career he has made over 2000 presentations to both large and small corporate groups and associations worldwide.
Dr. Alessandra has authored 14 books that have been translated into 11 languages. Such books include; Charisma, The Platinum Rule,Collaborative Selling, and Communicating at Work . He has been featured in more than 50 audio/video programs and films, including "Relationship Strategies", "The Dynamics of Effective Listening", and "Non-Manipulative Selling".
