Todd Buchholz is a former director of economic policy at the White House, a managing director of the Tiger hedge fund ($10 million), and an award-winning economics teacher at Harvard.

Buchholz targets his entertaining remarks towards economics, finance, and business strategies. He has advised President Bush, and serves as a regular commentator on ABC News, PBS Nightly Business Report and often appears on CBS, CNN and CNBC.

His editorials in the Wall Street Journal predicted the 2001-2002 slowdown in the US, and his book Market Shock warned of the problems facing the stock market. Buchholz shows audiences how to succeed in a challenging economy, and most importantly, how to prepare for future prosperity. Successful Meetings magazine has named him one of the "21 Top Speakers for the Twentieth Century."

Buchholtz has authored a plethora of books that have been translated into a dozen languages and are now being used in universities nationwide, such as Harvard, Stanford and Emory. Market Shock: 9 Economic and Social Upheavals that Will Shake Our Financial Future, was released and rated as "outstanding" by the Wall Street Journal. Buchholz is also author to the best seller, New Ideas from Dead Economists and From Here To Economy, which was highly praised by The New York Times as well as the Financial Times. His last book, Bringing the Jobs Home, was published in 2004.

The New York Times editorial page has called on Buchholz to make sense of terrorism, and he has written articles for the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and Reader's Digest.
