Teresa Earnhardt is the widow of Dale Earnhardt. She married Dale Earnhardt in 1982 and later partnered with Dale to create Dale Earnhardt Inc.
The "corporate headquarters" of Dale Earnhardt Inc. in its early stage was only a three bay garage that Dale called an office.
Twenty years, two Busch Championships, and two Craftsman Truck Series Championships later the "corporate headquarters" has improved dramatically. The office now sits on 14 acres of land with a massive 200,000 sq ft building space. Today Dale Earnhardt Inc. is one of the most successful enterprises in NASCAR. DEI owns the teams of Dale Earnhardt Jr., and Martin Truex Jr.
Teresa and her stepdaughter Kelley, in 2002, built race tracks in Jamaica and Kenya, they wanted to bring racing to different parts of the world so others could have the NASCAR experience.
Currently, Teresa is President and CEO of Dale Earnhardt Inc., and gives back to the community by working for several charities.
