The sleekly produced half-hour weekly series showcases Sheila's practical wisdom and hands-on advice. Originally from Philadelphia, Sheila holds degrees from both Brown University and Parsons School of Design. She also studied decorative arts at Polimoda in Florence, Italy. She lives and works in New York City and relaxes at her weekend home in New York's Hudson Valley.
