Raymond Floyd is a professional golfer who has won tournaments on both the PGA Tour and the Champions Tour.
He turned professional in 1961 and quickly established himself on the PGA Tour, with his first victory at the St. Petersburg Open Invitational in 1963. During his time on the PGA Tour, he went on to win 22 times. Of those 22 victories, four of them were major championships. His final win came in 1992 when he was 49 years old, making him one of the oldest players to win a PGA Tour event.
Floyd's success continued as a member of the Champions Tour. Between 1992 and 2000, he has won 14 times, including four senior majors and two Senior Tour Championships.
He also played for the U.S on eight Ryder Cup teams. He was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 1989.
