Natalie Coughlin, a student athlete, graduated with a BA in pyschology from the University of California, Berkeley in 2005. During her first three years at the University, she won swimmer of the year honors from the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
Natalie won a gold medal in the 2004 Olympics in the 100 meter backstroke events. She broke a world record and took home the gold in the 4 x 200 meter freestyle relay and won silver in the 4 x 100 meter event.
During the Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy Natalie will be an in-studio host for MSNBC. The capacity of her hosting amount of time that will be worked has not been decided.
