Mark Clayton is one of the top wide receivers in the history of the National Football League. Mark entered the NFL in 1983 with the Miami Dolphins and played with them until 1992. Mark eventually retired in 1993 after playing one season with the Green Bay Packers.
Clayton made a name for himself when he teamed up with Mark Duper, also on the Miami Dolphins, to form the "Marks Brothers." Clayton became an instant favorite target for Hall of Fame quarterback Dan Marino. Throughout his career, Clayton was selected to the Pro Bowl 5 times and holds numerous Miami Dolphin records, including most career past receptions and touchdowns, as well as receiving yards in a season.
Currently, Clayton is ranked in the top 50 in the NFL for receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns. In 2003, Clayton was honored by the Miami Dolphins when they placed his name in their Ring of Honor.
