Jillian Michaels is a personal trainer and appears on the television series, The Biggest Loser as a trainer.
She got her start in exercise after her mother enrolled her in martial arts due to Michaels being significantly overweight. She now trains in Muay Thai and Akarui-Do. With her clients, she uses kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, Plyometrics, and weight training to help get them in shape.
Jillian also wrote a fitness book "Winning by Losing: Drop the Weight, Change Your Life." She has also created a series of fitness training techniques in a five DVD collection.
Today, she hosts a Sunday talk show on KFI AM 640.
