During her marriage to Donald Trump, Ivana became the Vice President of Interior Design for the Trump Organization. Ivana was in charge of all the interior design of Trump's real estate that included the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Trump Tower, and the Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City.
She was also the Chief Executive Officer and President of Trump's Castle Hotel and Casino and then Chief Executive Office and President of the Plaza Hotel, New York. Through Ivana's leadership, The Plaza was recognized as "The Best Luxury Hotel in the USA."
Ivana and Donald's marriage ended in 1992.
