Teter first made the U.S. National team at age 16.
Hannah Teter made her Olympic debut at the 2006 Torino Games, and overcame chronic knee problems to win gold.
The 20-year-old Teter had the best first-run score in the final and therefore was the last to take her second run. She didn't even need it, though, as no other rider could top her 44.6.
Since winning gold, Teter has been everywhere, "The Late Show with David Letterman", MTV, has a movie in the works and a line of clothing.
