Massachusetts, from a Turkish father and Finnish mother. He graduated from Tabor Academy, an elite boarding prep school in Marion, Massachusetts in 1986, and he then graduated from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine in 1990.
After graduation David Chokachi went on to a career in Hollywood, most notably as a star on Baywatch and Witchblade. In 1997, he was chosen by People magazine as one of the "50 Most Beautiful People in the World.
