She is best known as a co-presenter for reputable product infomercials and also briefly appeared as one of Barker's Beauties on the game show The Price Is Right in 1995. In the year 2000, Margolis hosted a late night Saturday talk show, "The Cindy Margolis Show".
She was once named Yahoo! Internet Life magazine's "Queen of the Internet" from 1996-1999. She was also the "most downloaded" person in 1999, finding her way into the 2000 Guinness Book of World Records.
The peak of her popularity was at the age of 34, when she was downloaded 70,000 times within 24 hours. In 2005, Cindy became the new hostess for Chipleaders with the World Poker Tour.
Despite the fact that Margolis has posed many times for Playboy, in 2006 she made her first nude appearance for the magazine.
