Bill Rancic is what many experts would call an example of a true entrepreneur. From the profits he earned from his own boat wash and wax business, for example, Rancic was able to pay for his college tuition. After college, Rancic founded cigarsaroundtheworld.com in a 400-square-foot studio apartment with very little money, and it has become a thriving multi-million dollar national operation.

Rancic still manages the day-to-day operations of cigarsaroundtheworld.com, but is also making himself well known in the Chicago real estate market. Rancic is a sought-after speaker at major universities and in the business world with his message on how hard work and "thinking-out-of-the-box" success can be achieved against even hopeless odds.

Rancic has volunteered as a tutor for underprivileged kids for four years at the Mercy Home for Boys and he has brought his message there as well.

It has been said that Bill Rancic, despite all of his success and achievements, is most proud of the creation of the Dr. Edward T. Rancic scholarship fund. After losing his father, who was an educator, Rancic and his sisters created the fund with the goal of helping students in financial need that have the desire to become educators.

Rancic is also an advocate and avid supporter for the National Institution for Health and the Youth Aids society. He is currently working for the Trump Organization and is publishing a book called "'You're Hired' an Inspirational Book About How to Succeed in Life and Business from the winner of The Apprentice."
