Ali Barone is a decorating and design dynamo that works in the New York City metropolitan area as a freelance artist, designer and stylist. As an Art Director she has designed sets for various television commericals, theater productions as well as several episodes of Comedy Central's Pulp Comics. Ali has worked as an educator and Arts Coordinator for the City of New York, a designer for her husband's construction company and as the Production Designer for the Children's Defense Fund Annual Benefit Gala in New York City.
Ali is best known for being the female carpenter on the hit makeover show "WHILE YOU WERE OUT." Her positive personality is an inspiration to both men and women. Ali has been asked to share her tricks and tips on national news programs, home expos, and as a designer on NBC's Today Show. She has been referred to as a giant of home improvement in several national and foreign publications.
Ali recently launched her own company, Ali Barone Creations, into a multidimensional consulting and design corporation. Her company specializes in creative interior, outdoor transformations, workshops for women and unique event planning for intimate occasions.
