Brian Deegan is a professional Freestyle Motocross rider.
He began racing in 1986 before switching over to freestyle. While competing in freestyle, Brian has decided to invent many of his own tricks including his famous Mulisha Twist.
The Mulisha Twist became famous when Brian became the first rider ever to perform a 360 in competition. This daredevil attitude has earned him 10 medals in the X Games, making him the most decorated Freestyle Motocross rider.
He is also the only rider to compete in at least one event in every X Games.
