Safety Speaker Kina Repp Speaks at Industry Conference in Indianapolis

Safety speaker Kina Repp travels the country in hopes that her story will help others not go through what she did. Most recently, she spoke at the Indiana Safety and Health Conference and Expo. 

The event was held in Indianapolis at the Indiana Convention Center March 12-14. Repp was the opening keynote speaker and talked about losing her arm on her first day working in a fish processing plant. 

She addressed how companies can reduce risk and improve safety. There were over 70 education sessions and 100 exhibitors present in addition to her presentation. 

Repp's motto is "Safety Done Right." She has presented her message that encourages workplace safety to several Fortune 500 companies.

Repp also preaches personal responsibility and shares tips for overcoming adversity. In addition to sharing how her injury changed her life, she also outlines the effect that it had on those close to her.
