Education Professor Constance Iloh Keynotes the Innovation M Conference

This past September, the first Innovation M Conference was held in Miami. It dealt with how issues in society today intersect with innovation.  

The conference was held September 28-30 at Miami Dade College.  They scheduled top education speaker Constance Iloh as the event's keynote speaker.  

Iloh addressed the research she has done on the disruptive widespread inequalities in higher education.  She also talked about some of the current projects she is working on.  

Iloh is an Assistant Professor of Higher Education at the University of California, Irvine.  She was also selected as the UC Chancellor's Postdoctoral Fellow. 

This year, Iloh became one of the only academics ever named to Forbes 30 Under 30 list.  She has also been selected as one of the 100 most influential and inspirational Nigerian women. 

Iloh is working on a book that will be published by the Johns Hopkins University Press.  She holds a Ph.D from the University of Southern California, master's degree from Wake Forest University and bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland.
